Best One-Sided Performer: The legal pad had an instant dry time, even though the smaller version had less bleed-through.
Best Two-Sided Performer: The copy paper had the best drying time and smokes the other papers based on that alone.
The Post-It-Note Test: There is a quick drying time and good readability making this a good note taking ink.
