Birmingham Pen Company's Summersweet is originally a Crisp Ink - designed to work on cheap papers. Mountain of Ink has a review for this. These samples were written with a Moonman M600S with a fine nib.

Best Two-Sided Performer: The Copy Paper performs best with instant dry time and only slight ghosting.
The Post-It-Note Test: There is a quick dry time and the legibility is good resulting in a good ink for quick notes.
